Tenisin Ani-Mumuney

Tenisin is a Paralegal within the Corporate and Commercial team at OCZO LLP. He holds an LLB from the University of Reading and was admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria in September 2025.

With a dual background in English and Nigerian law, Tenisin supports the firm’s legal teams across a range of corporate and commercial matters, including commercial contracts and litigation. His work primarily involves legal research and the preparation of documentation to support transactions and dispute management. Prior to joining OCZO LLP, Tenisin gained valuable insight into legal practice through internships with leading international and regional law firms, including Fasken and Banwo & Ighodalo. During this time, he worked on complex matters involving maritime disputes and large-scale energy projects, developing a strong understanding of commercially driven legal advice.

Tenisin is valued for his analytical and resourceful approach to technical legal issues, ensuring that the support he provides is practical, precise, and aligned with clients’ commercial objectives.
