Selasi Kutortse

Selasi is an Associate in the Real Estate team at OCZO LLP. He joined the firm in 2024 after completing his LLM in International Commercial Law at the University of Birmingham and the Legal Practice Course (LPC) at the University of Law in Liverpool.

He previously obtained his LLB from the University of Essex, where he was a Silver Member of the Essex Law Clinic. During this time, he gained valuable experience assisting members of the public with a range of legal enquiries under the supervision of qualified solicitors, developing strong research, analytical and client-care skills.

Selasi works as part of the firm’s Real Estate team, assisting on a broad range of property matters. His work includes residential and commercial real estate transactions, preparing transaction documents, conducting legal research, and liaising with clients and other professional advisers to help ensure matters progress efficiently.

He is particularly interested in the legal and commercial aspects of property transactions and is developing experience across a variety of real estate matters, including acquisitions and disposals. Selasi is committed to building his expertise while providing responsive and practical support to clients.
