Sameera Sheikh

Sameera Sheikh is a Consultant Solicitor at OCZO LLP, specialising in residential conveyancing. Since qualifying as a solicitor in 2015, she has built extensive experience advising clients on a wide spectrum of residential property matters, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, auction transactions, remortgages, and transfers of equity. Her expertise extends to complex conveyancing transactions, providing tailored guidance to ensure smooth and efficient completion for her clients.

Sameera has held senior leadership roles within conveyancing teams, including Head of Conveyancing and Partner and Head of Operations, where she has been responsible for the strategic management of residential property departments. In these roles, she has successfully overseen large teams, implemented robust operational processes, and fostered a culture of compliance, efficiency, and client service excellence. She has extensive experience mentoring and supervising junior solicitors and support staff, helping to develop the next generation of conveyancing professionals.

Known for her meticulous attention to detail and rigorous approach, Sameera ensures that all matters are conducted in line with SRA regulations, professional standards, and best practice, giving clients confidence and clarity throughout the conveyancing process. She is particularly recognised for her ability to manage complex transactions while maintaining clear communication with clients, providing practical solutions to any issues that arise, and ensuring a seamless experience from instruction to completion.

Sameera holds an LLB (Hons) degree and completed the Legal Practice Course in Leeds.
